Scott recently sold our home in Zachary. I have previously had some negative experience with realtors so I was very cautious. Scott agreed to meet with us to share his philosophy and approach and answer my questions. Needless to say his years of experience and vast knowledge are huge assets. During the negotiation, he had a solution for every problem that arose. His team of trusted and reliable tradespeople was a huge bonus for repairs. Scott was a joy to work with! He accommodated our busy, tight schedule as out-of-towners by arranging 20 home visits for us to see in one day.
