I HIGHLY recommend Scott Gaspard to anyone in Baton Rouge who is selling a home. He was always quick to respond by text or phone, and knows the market in Baton Rouge extremely well. He is also a very personable and easy to work with person!
Scott is amazing. He knows Baton Rouge, always responds quickly, knows his stuff when it comes to different neighborhoods, the market, etc, and is just an awesome person with integrity and honesty. He is so knowledgable when it comes to trades and people to work without through every step of the process and is so generous to share his contacts. We've used him to buy both of our houses, and I really can't recommend him enough! Best realtor ever!
