Joe had to be contacted several times before he came to look at our property. Then never contacted us again after finally showing up. He wasted both of our times. He is lying in his reply. He messaged me a few months ago asking to meet in 30 min, I said that would not work, my husband had to get a haircut. He showed up anyways because he didn't look at my text. That's on him.
