We had a great experience with Dianne! She was so helpful, gracious, and patient throughout the whole process. Her assistance was not limited to buying our house - she really helped connect us in our new community by sharing her helpful contacts. She really provides an all around great experience!
Do not work for his agent she is very insulting to hard workers. She’s very flaky and is hard to communicate with. I tried numerous times to have her send video and or pictures of the homes condition so I can give her a rough estimate. 9 PM the night before the clean, still No response so I had to message her again. She called me the very next day (day of clean) asking that I be on standby for when the home closes. She asked that I show up with at least 3 to 4 people. Dianne Patterson helped us sell our home several years ago. She was awesome. She helped us navigate a wonky housing market, and a difficult buyer who was making contingent offers.
