What a terrible company. I live work overseas and Fine Properties was doing property management. No check up on the house. The tenants lived like pigs. Trash, dirt, ruined beds, ruined carpets, ruined couches and tables., etc. throughout the house. Furthermore they didn't assist me in collecting any of the $6,000 in damages beyond the monthly deposit. I would never trust this company with anything. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS

I had a similar situation where the realtor at REMAX Fine Properties had listed my property but decided to take it off the market without telling me; pressuring me to replace kitchen appliances when they were working fine, cannot rent my premium property for several months when usually it would fly off the shelf in the past with another realtor. My agent changed companies from this company to another. Fine Properties removed my listing from Zillow. At that time I had 34 saves and was getting on average over 40 views per day. All that was erased and taken away from me because of their actions. It will now take 48 to 72 hours to get my listing back up and running on Zillow and it is quite possible that I have lost a prospective buyer.
