Do not do business with this team. My parents and I toured a home in Newport Coast earlier this month. I debated not posting a review, however, Kimberley Woods Adib behavior was unacceptable. She made us feel uncomfortable and we basically felt discriminated against. She looked at us like we were martians. Despite the staring, she demanded for us to sign in as if there had to be record of who we were. Lastly when we exited she also stared us down until we drove off. Do not do business with the Lee Ann Canaday team.
I see I’m not the only one to have an absolutely horrendous experience with this company. With all the great realtors in OC I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. I was a renter who rented a listing they were representing. After some major issues with the property in the first few months including mold and air quality issues, construction months past projections, termite infestations, etc., I asked to be let out of my lease and the owners of the property kindly and understandably obliged and returned my SD. Do not list your property with this company. Absolutely no broker supervision over their agents. Owner, Lee Ann Canaday is self centered and focuses on herself over the clients needs or wants. Go find a better brokerage to list your property with.
