Incredibly unprofessional when it comes to bond disposal. I had to file with the court to get the property manager to agree to the correct deductions for a lease break, even after highlighting the relevant government advice. The Property Manager repeatedly demonstrated ignorance of the relevant regulations and repeatedly (and in my opinion, disingenuously) attempted to get me to agree to pay to inflated claims.
