Incredibly unprofessional when it comes to bond disposal. I had to file with the court to get the property manager to agree to the correct deductions for a lease break, even after highlighting the relevant government advice. The Property Manager repeatedly demonstrated ignorance of the relevant regulations and repeatedly (and in my opinion, disingenuously) attempted to get me to agree to pay to inflated claims. I am writing this review based on my experience of having REMAX Extreme manage two of my rental properties for over 1.5 years. I strongly caution landlords against using REMAX Extreme’s property management services Initially, their Business Development Manager appeared to be attentive and professional.
