Don is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! Worked with him twice (on behalf of family, a couple of years apart) and both times, sold quickly and above the listing price. He is easy to work with, no nonsense, and gives great advice. If you need help to prep the home, he has resources readily available that he can recommend. Don was a great agent to have. He was easy to get a hold of when I needed to and had the experience to help explain things and guide me through the buying process in today’s market. For a while I thought I wasn’t going to get the home I had my eyes on, but he was able to convince the sellers agent that we are the best bet and worth the hassle of what the VA loan process could have been.
