When all prior communication you have just ignored. Absolutely appalling experience with David Cotterall and this Remax franchise. They’re all talk, no action, even with a signed contract - but OF COURSE THEY CHARGED ME almost $7,000 for a $900 bath. Remax Experience Stones Corner would be the worst real estate in this country. Their communication is appalling, they have sent emails to me not relevant to the property I had rented. I rented this property for 4 years, rent paid on time every time and knocked the expensive thorough bond clean for a few water marks on kitchen bench. These were corrected and yet 6 weeks later still no bond return. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY….. Customer service means nothing to them
