Dan is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us - going so far as to contact people who had not even listed their property because it met our very specific criteria. Dan always advocates for his clients' best interests (I have seen this as his client and as a settlement attorney) and always get the deal done. I highly recommend Dan!!!
