Jamie - words cannot describe how freaking amazing this women is . I’ve known her for many many years and have seen first hand how she does what she does - when the time came to place my own home on the market she was precise , bluntly honest - trust me I prefer things this way & very informative and supportive through the whole process . Highly recommend! Jamie knows what it takes to sell raw land. First thing I noticed is that (unlike several other agents) she came in boots, and was comfortable walking my property with me, to identify proposed lines, likely home, driveway, and septic sites, water features, the works. Jamie Leggett is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She helped us sell our old home and buy a new house. She goes way and above what her a typical realtor does. She got to know us and listened to what we were looking for in a house. She was with us every step of the way. She even connected us to contractors that help make design changes to our house. We have been in our current house for 7 years and Jamie still keeps up with us. When we are ready to sell again, Jamie will be the one we call!
