Highly recommend! Jamie knows what it takes to sell raw land. First thing I noticed is that (unlike several other agents) she came in boots, and was comfortable walking my property with me, to identify proposed lines, likely home, driveway, and septic sites, water features, the works. Jamie Leggett is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She helped us sell our old home and buy a new house. She goes way and above what her a typical realtor does.
