I would not use Kat Nimmons as a realtor ever again. Surprised she is working for Keller Williams now. After the negative comments she made about them. I had several issues with her when she was my realtor. Being dishonest was just one of them. Caught her talking unprofessional about me to another agent by her accidentally sending me an email that was for them.
