We were supposed to take possession of the rental today (10 Jun ‘20). The place was filthy. The floors, toilet, and sinks were filthy. The entry way and kitchen floors were filthy. Garbage disposal and faucet did not work. Drip pans were filthy and had not been replaced. Area behind appliances had not been cleaned and were dirty as was the floor. This company is a joke my score is 636 only thing I owe is Verizon only thing on my credit score and I have 100 percent on time payment on car payment which shows on my credit score wow what they want for renter perfect score beware of all remax they make you think you have chance to get a place so they can steal you app fees kinda glad they turn me down see alot of reviews that they dont fix nothing just lie to you I can verify the lie part for sure like I said beware
