Zero stars. We put in an offer on our dream house with our own (great) agent. After some negotiating, the seller (represented by RE/MAX) accepted our offer. RE/MAX's agent then texted ours with "Offer accepted *thumbs up emoji*". We signed the contract and turned it in immediately to our agent, who then forwarded it to the RE/MAX agent. The next day, the seller magically received another offer, and had already signed all the paperwork over, and the seller's agent here at RE/MAX never informed our agent once what was going on... read more
Agent Megan Grayson believes it is ok to dress her small child as the Qanon Shaman (Jan 6th) for Halloween.. What will you dress him up as next year? A school shooter or the Boston Bomber? I will not do business here.
My realtor was Brandy Mercer, she is fantastic. If you want someone that will stay on top of the home buying process and work hard to save every penny, go with her. From beginning to end, she was very flexible with scheduling tours and even found a program to cover my down payment. Highly recommend using her as a realtor.
