The realtor listed a house **** ******* ln and inflated the square footage of the house. House **** is 2900 sqft (according to tax record) and the listed square footage is 3094 sqft. The difference is 194 sqft which is more than the size of an average bedroom. My house has the exact same floor plan, same number of rooms and bathrooms as house ****, except that I have a 3 car garage and the bonus room on top of the garage is much bigger. If you are looking for a real estate agent that Does Not provide executive level customer service, Does Not answer phone calls or text messages and is generally Not Available to assist when needed the most, then Maribeth Rutkowski is the agent for you.
