There are no circumstances where I would use Remax in Long Beach again, especially on the rental side. I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. I know that rentals are scarce on the Peninsula and essentially what you have here is a monopoly - with the service and price to match.
Please be a little more polite and understanding with your next customer. Don't be an hour late to appointments, becaus you mischeduled. Fix the mold in the bathroom.
Not a good experience, interested in a house listed on the market and as a selling agent you would think the phone etiquette would be a bit more friendly.
