They're not the worst landlords but they have awful policies. Pros: They were responsive with maintenance requests. They use a payment portal with relatively easy auto pay Cons/Things we wish we knew: -- all leases end at the end of July so they'll tell you you're signing a 1 year lease when it's actually 14 months. They are reasonable, quick to respond, and took very good care of the place we stayed in.
Excel Property Management has been reliable. They respond promptly to questions and concerns, and repairs are handled in a timely manner. For the most part, a smooth experience.
Judith, Carlos, and the team at Excel Brokers have been great to my roommates and I! They are quick to respond, easy to work with, and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking at any of their properties.
Communication is key and we SO appreciate Judith and Carlos for communicating with us and treating us fairly!
