I had a good experience renting my condo through Excel Brokers Property Management. Judith and Carlos found me great renters who took care of my place. They also managed anything that needed managing promptly while I was out of the country.
They're not the worst landlords but they have awful policies. Pros: They were responsive with maintenance requests. They use a payment portal with relatively easy auto pay Cons/Things we wish we knew: -- all leases end at the end of July so they'll tell you you're signing a 1 year lease when it's actually 14 months. Additionally the lease breaking fee is a full months rent and you're still paying rent until they find someone to move in -- they want to know if you're staying 4 months out from lease end which is way to early t... read more
They are reasonable, quick to respond, and took very good care of the place we stayed in.
Excel Property Management has been reliable. They respond promptly to questions and concerns, and repairs are handled in a timely manner. For the most part, a smooth experience.
Judith, Carlos, and the team at Excel Brokers have been great to my roommates and I! They are quick to respond, easy to work with, and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking at any of their properties.
