Sherry is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with!! Very approachable, friendly, prompt and pays attention to details. Her communication and follow ups are exceptional, any questions I had were answered within an hour. Negotiated the price I wanted and made sure the specifics were fully addressed by both parties.
