Becky was an outstanding Realtor to work with. Her knowledge of the market and understanding where to put money into the home resulted in us receiving $130,000 over asking on the first open house!! Both her and Jenna have the ability to "see around corners" and anticipate the unexcepted. Her knowledge of the legal issues regarding the sales process was very impressive. This was the 2nd home I've purchased with Becky, she is fantastic. For the second time, I got exactly the home I wanted at a price I feel good about. With Manhattan/Hermosa inventory few and far between, Becky found me the PERFECT home off-market and I was able to purchase under my budget without having to compete with the all-cash aggressive over-bidders out there.
