Renting a ReMAX property has been a nightmare. We told the property management that there were several maintenance issues with the house before we signed the lease. He assured us they would be fixed and that they "were" fixed before move-in day. After receiving the keys, we saw that NOTHING had been fixed. I put in a maintenance request and waited several weeks for them to send someone to make the repairs. They never did.
