We wanted to move from apartment living to a home. We looked throughout Conway and ran into Cory Cox! After all the searching he showed us a home and accommodated our “waiting to see if this is the house for us” Once we signed excited we were home, we ran into a few fixes. I would like to take a moment to say, Cory went the extra mile. We appreciated every thing he did. So 5stars for his patience..long suffering…professionalism..prompt help

I wish negative stars were possible. Completely disappointed and put out on the street during winter due to the negligence of Kenneth Bass (REMAX realtor). Tragic that this large company is not helping remedy the SCAM I was put in the middle of by one of their own realtors. Listed on their website was a home for sale that I purchased and after investing my money and moving my family across states, I was forced to move out the day before Thanksgiving due to the realtors ineptness during the sale. Held a closing here with the ladies from here and they did an excellent job with us and especially the client.
In June my husband and I filled out all the paperwork, paid all the fees and were approved to rent a property from them. They told me to email them the property I was interested in so we emailed them 4 different properties back in June and they said they would contact us to schedule a tour to view them and here it is the middle of August and we still haven't heard from them. We have sent emails and left multiple messages and nothing. Poor service and a waist of money!!! Go somewhere else don't waist your time or money trying... read more
