This a review of Madeline Caudiano, realtor at this agency and my former landlord. Do not get involved as a client or a tenant. I lived in her and her husbands home for 5 years as a quiet, clean tenant who paid rent on time month to month, paid through all of Covid. As a realtor and landlord both herself and her husband should know the rules better than anyone, yet abused that upon my moving out. There Was NO WRITTEN LEASE AGREEMENT.
