I haven't had many experiences of property managers and real estate agents that were so positive. But the team at RE/MAX, and Zach Bennet in particular, were so friendly, reassuring and professional. They were always respectful of our space, and of our time; always sorting issues out as quickly as they could and communicating really well. I am super appreciative of the experience that I have had with them. Highly recommend to all prospective tenants and lessors.
Kath and Jacob were the epitome of professional, knowledgeable and personable. Not only do you get two fabulous honest humans who have some of the best communication in the game, you also get a team who know their craft. They coached us through every step to get us the result we did. We never felt alone in the selling journey and they made a stressful process easy. Personable, professional and they get results!
Where do I start? Graeme went above and beyond to make this all entire process smooth and easy. It didn't matter what time or day, he immediately made contact and explained anything you needed to know. Our property is a good 40 minute drive for him but he took it in his stride. He even drove 3 hours each way to help the executors of the estate fill in forms correctly. Pretty sure many agents would not go to that much trouble. I will surely only ever use Graeme if I sell a property again.
Jacob and Kath were absolutely outstanding. Their communication was excellent, guiding us through every step of preparing our home for sale and expertly managing the negotiation process. We highly recommend this very professional and dedicated team.
