Very unprofessional. Made an agreement about the offer I wanted and my terms. With a grant for down payment and then realitor changed and said I needed a good faith down payment which I clearly explained I didn't have and did not yet have an inspection. He said it's a requirement. It's not a law for good faith deposit and he said good luck and did not even take my offer to the buyer or say if they accepted it or not. He would lnt even answer to discuss it. Just text. Zeddy M******. Unprofessional.
HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! Linda R**********, gives the lockbox code to get into your home to everyone that wants it, the inspectors and the buyers were all in our home roaming around with our belongings still in the house!!! We had my realtor call her and tell her to call and get everyone out of my house without her being present, her response was "oh I do this all the time, its no big deal" What?!?!?!?!?!?
