The owner lies for her agents—I said to the realtor-come back in 2 days and take the pictures., it was 2 weeks when he called finally., he supposedly was in the office every day too!—-that was Steve Sutton., I had Sandra Sutton at Mountain View Realty—-I was out of state when I contracted with her- I said go take pictures of the outside and when I get back you can take the interior pictures., 2 weeks later she hadn’t done a thing and when I called her back she then put an old picture from a previous listing!
Lee Ann Thomas posts on her website that she is "God Fearing". She is anything but. That fact that she has posted this on her web site is a huge red flag. Both she and Sandra Sutton should not have a real estate license. Ms. Thomas looked at a few homes with me and my husband. We were hesitant to sign an agency agreement with Sandra because she was very demanding and wanted us to make a long term agreement. Considering we did not know Sandra we were uncomfortable with it. Just went for thier ups store but always treated pretty good with any of the people I have delt with
