Excellent professional and reliable! In the end of last year, when we were preparing to sell our house, we contacted Leon from Remax Realty. He provided comprehensive advice on home renovation and repairs and explains well in good details what need to be achieved in order to sell the property. We very appreciated everything that Leon organised. Highly Recommended.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. This company doesn’t check their website for enquires, don’t call back or message to confirm or cancel appointments at properties. When you manage to contact them it is just excuse after excuse. Don’t deal with this company, too bigger risk.
They don’t even deserve one star. After living in one of their properties for over six years, only one maintenance job was completed during the entire tenancy. Yet, upon moving out, they sent me an exit report listing around 15 issues to fix. When I challenged them—rightly pointing out that most of those were normal wear and tear after six years—they quickly reduced the list to just four items. Their main complaint? Marks on the walls.
