I worked here for 4 years. And During the end of 2024 they were forcing me to sign new contracts while delaying commisions upwards of $10k+ due to me prior to presenting this contract. They terminated me for questioning them and then further delayed paying me for 3 months in full. They tried to short me by 30%, claiming it was per contract. Unethical. Im an incredibly hard working agent who was with this company for 4 years and now they havent paid me for over 3 months. I suffer from Lupus, kidney disease and have worked through it and made my ends meet working any and every deal. Every dollar I earned, it came at a cost to my health. In my last 3 deals theyve already refused to pay me my full commissions. Its over $10,000 and counting.
