We believe that this agent provided misleading/inaccurate information during the purchase process. When we provided proof that information was false he was unwilling to accept responsibility. It is our opinion that people should avoid this realtor. Edit: his response is totally false and misleading. We were specifically told that the roof and chimney were repaired when, in fact it was not.
