I don’t appreciate being harassed or lied to in order to enter my apartment, I’ve filed complaints with THPT along with the Ithaca Chapter tenants union and ETC. Mr. Rivera has been a grave displeasure to work with in my three years of living in nyc. His biased practices and unethical treatment towards me and my household is disgusting.
