Albina Durgaj listed my house. Helped every step of the way. Priced it correctly and went to contract in one week. When deal fell through she found another buyer. Looked after house after I moved. Porfessional and knows the market and the area. I know this sounds like a fake review but it is real
I don’t appreciate being harassed or lied to in order to enter my apartment, I’ve filed complaints with THPT along with the Ithaca Chapter tenants union and ETC. Mr. Rivera has been a grave displeasure to work with in my three years of living in nyc. His biased practices and unethical treatment towards me and my household is disgusting. I have a section 8 voucher and it’s my belief that’s the reason he thinks I must be uneducated and he can treat me however.
