i rent and when my PM was Barbara Whitehead it was fantastic. but now that its changed they are unresponsive unless i harass them and take forever to send anyone out for maintenance. i also had a leak due to a faulty toilet and had to pay 1000 utility bill and they virtually couldnt care less.
