Our landlord sold our house a week and a half before Christmas and our property manager Jarrod said we could leave a month early at the end of January and he is now charging us 1400 plus late fees for February because he didn't take the responsibility to call our landlord. You should definitely find a different real estate office because Jarrod and Wes are utterly useless!! They never answer calls or texts and they always give you the run around! Worst property managers ever!
