Remax DFW Associates realtor Vicki Crow did not perform a background check on a rental tenant that was specifically authorized by the tenant on a rental application provided by Remax DFW Associates that the landlord relied upon. By not performing the background check that was authorized by the tenant, I incurred thousands of dollars in damages and legal fees from a tenant that had several family violence arrests and recent evictions on their record, as well as no longer being employed.
