Denise was the selling agent for a house I bought. Do yourself a favor and avoid working with her and this branch at all costs. Denise was incredibly unprofessional, and harassed my wife to the point where she was scared to be in the house we had just bought. Sold me a house and never disclosed it had multiple fires. As we were doing work it became unbelievably obvious. When I called her about it she said " she can't see through walls" i guess she got her money...don't use Remax or Denise Boynton.
Denise Boynton is extremely professional while treating you the same way she'd treat a friend. She stays on top of the paperwork and has excellent negotiating skills. She has extensive knowledge of the listings in this area and found us an awesome farm house. She also sold my house in Lancaster, NH in 2018, in less than a month.
