Watch out for Dave Fox's property maintenance services thought he was a family friend my brother and I have dealt with him in the past he turned out to be a con man said the new owner wanted some repairs but they had to be done by licensed professionals I happen to work with contractors but I'm not licensed the list was small little things that needed to be done he said I couldn't fix them because I wasn't licensed I had most everything done on the list except for a couple minor minor things he said he would fix them he hand... read more
