Phillip was amazing to work with when buying my first home in VA: on top of every situation while keeping me up to date on any changes. When he didn't have an answer, he found one, on his own, before I even asked the question. He went to bat for me when we found a small section of termite damage had it mitigated before closing. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as your realtor.

We used Google and the Real Estate applications to find homes for sell in Culpeper. We found Kelly & Philip Thornton by searching the internet and found they were selling a home, similar to what we wanted, for a local customer. Our thought's were if it is good enough for a local it is good enough for us after digging into the home owners - they lived, worked, went to church and raised a family in Culpeper for many years.
