We couldn't have asked for a better realtor experience! Phillip found us the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. He truly provided a full service experience, assisting with not only the purchase, but providing multiple contacts for services in the area. When our realtor experience on the sale of our house was not going well, he quietly stepped up and sorted things our for us. We couldn't be more grateful to him for guiding us through the process.

There are times when words fail to accurately express the depth of appreciation for a person/s and this is one of those times, but I will try. Without going into detail we had a very difficult home selling process with a lot of added elements including not being in Virginia during the sale as well as a family emergency that brought me back when I had not intended to return at all. Phillip was amazing to work with when buying my first home in VA: on top of every situation while keeping me up to date on any changes. When he didn't have an answer, he found one, on his own, before I even asked the question. He went to bat for me when we found a small section of termite damage had it mitigated before closing. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as your realtor.
