I can only mention my experience selling. Debbie took excellent care of me. I might've been able to find a cheaper realtor, but you pay for what you get, and Debbie answered all my questions. As a first time seller, and being out of state at the time, I had loads of questions. She also talked to me whenever I needed, and juggling all my responsibilities, my free time was quite often not during business hours. Debbie took some of the stressors away. For that, I'm grateful.
