Extremely helpful and understanding. Very easy to work with. Communication is unmatched. His vast help with concerns that arose is unlike any other. His knowledge with real estate contracts is unsurpassed. You can't choose a better realtor. Josh is the absolute best! 😉
I would definitely stay clear of using Wayne Sewell as your realtor. We had property leased with a very close friend that Sewell took advantage of. Sewell manipulated him, breached our contract much before our lease was over, drove around on the property ruining it, and was NOT professional whatsoever. There are too many ethical realtors out there than to waste your time with him.
Wayne did an amazing job selling our home and helping us find our new one. He is responsive, helpful and willing to put in the work for you. Plus he sent us a candle during Christmas time which was a cherry on top.
Wayne is a GREAT realtor! I really enjoyed working with him, especially as a first time home buyer. He is very laid back, patient, and knowledgeable. He works quickly and will work to get the job done with anything you need from him. Will definitely recommend him and use him again in the future!
