I would definitely stay clear of using Wayne Sewell as your realtor. We had property leased with a very close friend that Sewell took advantage of. Sewell manipulated him, breached our contract much before our lease was over, drove around on the property ruining it, and was NOT professional whatsoever. There are too many ethical realtors out there than to waste your time with him.
Wayne did an amazing job selling our home and helping us find our new one. He is responsive, helpful and willing to put in the work for you. Plus he sent us a candle during Christmas time which was a cherry on top.
Wayne is a GREAT realtor! I really enjoyed working with him, especially as a first time home buyer. He is very laid back, patient, and knowledgeable. He works quickly and will work to get the job done with anything you need from him. Will definitely recommend him and use him again in the future!

Wayne was Phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better experience. He was helpful in so many ways. He helped us get to the right person for financing, gave helpful pointers on how to sell our home quick, helped us with inspections, walk through, things to look for, and has continued to help us with anything that we may need. One year later after selling our home and buying a new home, he still continues to answer any questions we may have. Highly recommend Wayne for any of your real estate needs.
