Horrible Experience renting a property from this company. We left the house as it was when we obtain position. They basically kept our deposit to make upgrades on the property on damages that were already there. I understand the 2.2 stars review on google. If you ever do business with Kelli, make sure to take several hundreds of pictures of the property with EVERY SINGLE damage that is already on the property.
Debbie is the worst HOA Manager! She doesn't care about the properties she manages! Our small community has had no preventative maintenance done on it all summer. She doesn't respond to requests by residents and hires incompetent people to do the landscaping. The common areas look terrible where they use to look beautiful 2 years ago. So sad to see.
