I strongly advise against renting through this property management company. My experience was extremely frustrating, and I felt that I was not treated honestly or responsibly as a tenant. During my tenancy, I had maintenance issues that were repeatedly ignored. Most concerning, I was without heat during the winter and had to call the company repeatedly, including daily, before they finally addressed the problem in March, when I no longer required heat. Horrible Experience renting a property from this company. We left the house as it was when we obtain position. They basically kept our deposit to make upgrades on the property on damages that were already there. I understand the 2.2 stars review on google. If you ever do business with Kelli, make sure to take several hundreds of pictures of the property with EVERY SINGLE damage that is already on the property.
Debbie is the worst HOA Manager! She doesn't care about the properties she manages! Our small community has had no preventative maintenance done on it all summer. She doesn't respond to requests by residents and hires incompetent people to do the landscaping. The common areas look terrible where they use to look beautiful 2 years ago. So sad to see.
