Joe and Sherri did a wonderful job of helping us sell my grandfather's house. We're located out of state and they were great at communicating where we were at in the process, clarifying our questions, and recommended a good title company that made closing from out of state a smooth process. We had lots of traffic to view the house so their marketing reach and their local market knowledge were invaluable. Plus they're really nice people!
