I wish there were more stars for Nihad Domazet, our real estate agent. I reached out to him to see a house on marketplace before I was even pre-approved. He didn't dismiss us, but went out of his way to accommodate us. We eventually were pre-approved and he must have shown us 25 houses. His knowledge of structural issues and flip cheats were invaluable.
