I apologize for the long post but I wanted to share a really unpleasant experience I had with a realtor (Mark Lee/ReMax) and would encourage people not to use him. Or if you do hire him, go in with eyes wide open. I hired Mark on a friend's recommendation. He got good reviews. When I first met with him, he was well dressed and professional and touted 15 years of experience.
