They answered the questions I asked about the possibility of purchasing Spanish Springs
I just had a question. Kristal was hugely busy but took the time to not only answer my questions, but do some research and send me some information. I was not a client. Now that is customer service!!
Terrible company!!! Never ever rent from them. They are awful with communication. They showed up at the property without any notice at least 3 times. And for some reason they only provided a single key for a 3 bedroom house with 3 tenants despite 3 keys being in the lease?? They like to charge as much as they can from your security deposit and keep as much as possible. They have horrible ethics. I would give a 0 star if it were possible.
I would have given this Realty a 5 star had I been able to find a place to rent through them. Overall the website was very easy to navigate.
