I bought a home here in NC from NY state. I found a nice home, but the realtor from The Beth Hines Team failed to tell me that this was in a VERY rural area. I have been unhappy since I moved in September 2024, and I am want to move back. This is an extremely expensive problem, one that I don’t know if I can afford. I also just found out that my house and subdivision is agriculturally zoned, so I cannot even get a home equity loan.
