Worst agency to deal with so far. Was dealing with Cathy the principal and Mira. Cathy was very unprofessional they terminated the lease over a parking issue.. ridiculous. Watch out if you looking to rent through them and landlords should not be trusting them with their property. They were ignoring our calls and messages. Cathy screaming over the phone while we were just trying to have a conversation. Worst time dealing with this agency.
Very poor service after sale of house by Gorden and team. At final inspection after buying house the house left in very filthy condition. Agent couldn’t care any less. Be careful signing any contracts with remax agents. Expensive lesson for us. Free advise for you.
No real estate agent showed up for the property inspection, no email or message was ever sent to advise the inspection was not going ahead. Not exactly a great first impression for a potential renter
