Please whatever you do, don't get involved with this utter disgrace of a business. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, childish and downright inhumane. The best renting experience I ever had. I rented with them for 3.5 years. For 3.5 years, every issue that we had with the property (lights, fan or other routine maintenance) was solved right next day or even the same day we made the call. Very efficient.
Would give 0 stars but google doesn't allow for that. Edit 10/03/2024: We provided evidence of a properly cleaned apartment as indicated in our exit report. You and your staff still felt the need to take us to the cleaners over a $1100 cleaning bill. So must wasted mental and physical effort to claw back from you what you clearly thought was yours. Re/max Annerley have been looking after our rental property for 3years. They have been extremely professional with wonderful communication and have gone above and beyond to look after us, our property and the tenants. Would highly recommend!
We have rented with Remax colonial since in the past and we were happy of their service. Colin and the team are approachable and quick to respond to any concerns we ever had. Lorene herself is very professional and definitely treats you like a friend.
