TK Warden and her associates Kateryna Rush and Anastasia Butenko were AMAZING!!!! I wish I could give them TEN stars!!!! TK was on top of everything every single step of the way! She thought of things I never would have thought of and made the buying experience great!! I cannot recommend her high enough! She helped us find our dream home and was professional and knowledgeable (and very pleasant) during the entire process. Thank you TK!
TK had us sell our house for way less than the value. It was easily worth $460K, easily or much more and she had us list at $400K. She had a buyer and her office was dual agent. Her main concern was double-dipping for her office and getting a quick sale.
