Todd and Debbie are an amazing team! They came up with an excellent marketing plan which resulted in multiple offers at or over our asking price. We sold our house in 3 days!!! They were responsive, pleasant to deal with, and knowledgeable. We had an unusual home and property, but they were able to use multiple listings to find a fair market price to list our home.
