Chuck promised my elderly mom before she signed he had a man who could hold a sale to sell all her things he told her were sellable that she did not take with her to her new home. But he did not deliver on his promise and we were left scrambling to find someone from a distance to hold a garage sale to sell the remainder of the things she left behind he now determined were junk.
He's the best
It's like trying to get ahold of The Wizard of Oz...and rent prices are sky high with him. This is from years of trying off/on and realizing it doesn't change. Just think if you rented from him and needed to get ahold of him for any issues! No way. Not me.

As a tenant under Chuck Horne Realty I can truly say that Chuck has a top-notch staff with the characteristics of phenomenal customer service. There's never a problem too small or large that they cannot solve with the highest of efficiency and care. I can only assume that this is attributed to great leadership.
