If you want your property to be damaged and unkept, by all means, pick Soni Ryder. She has ran through countless secretaries and even had a tenant reach out to me directly. I was deployed and came back to a TRASHED property. Soni is very unprofessionally and I HIGHLY suggest NO ONE ever does business with this woman. Soni and her team were very professional. I both bought and sold a property with them. She made the process easy to understand. When buying, she took me to multiple properties until we narrowed down what I was looking for. When selling, she helped me navigate through all the offers to choose the best one. I would recommend working with her. Military friendly. I still receive a Christmas holiday card with has pictures of cute dogs on it.
