We worked closely with Tony Defilippo and he was the best! Very attentive and considerate of what we were looking for in our first home, and very flexible with our work schedules. We closed a few weeks ago and would recommend Tony and Bernie Gallerani Real Estate to anyone!
The experience with the people they are nice but they are very deceiving. Play make it out like they really want to sell your home at the price that you are wanting when you are on the phone with them. Once you sign the paperwork though it becomes a whole different story. I wanted to sell my house at what the area was showing. They wanted to do 25,000 less. They also have that 30-day guarantee which is not entirely the 100% truth.
