I've been renting from Champions Reality for a long time and I'm very happy with everything that they have and continue to do for me. Anytime that something needs to be repaired Champions Reality repairs the property immediately without fail. I'm very impressed with Champions Reality and I'm definitely staying with Champions Reality.
Very Unprofessional and ignorant! Lady wouldn't even give her name or information and refused to give any information about the property, the property states it allows pets with a $350 non refundable fees. I called saying I checked out the listing and everything looks great just wanted more details on the pet policy if there were weight, breed or size restrictions or pet limit or monthly rent or anything. Terrible experience having this company as a landlord for a leased home for 3 years. Paid my rent early every single month, only to have my deposit refund delayed by almost a month with trivial amounts such as yard clean-up and touch up painting being deducted. They employ a handyman which they call a "contractor" that regularly misses appointments with no consideration for the resident schedule whatsoever. Received threatening emails on more than one occasion that I would be charged with buying new equipment if pipes froze ... read more

Beware of Patti Mann with this agency if you’re a buyer and she is representing the seller, particularly if you’re a senior citizen. Be much more assertive than I was. In multiple instances she refused to ask her client (seller) my very basic questions about the property. She either didn’t answer me at all, or gave condescending and flippant answers like, “The Internet is your friend” (like I am too old and stupid to know how to use the Internet).
