We moved from FL to PA to buy our first home and unfortunately they did not do well by us. They did not notice/inform us of most issues with the house, misled us on the status of the neighborhood the house is in, and once the sell was complete their communications stopped entirely. I am left feeling that they simply pushed the sale regardless of our conversations and without representing me.
Rarely responds to emails, rented the place from underneath us when we had been contacting them for weeks. They reached out to us telling us the property was still available and then leased it to someone else. Didn't answer my phone calls. Do not use them.
